Tkbad's Terms and Conditions — Please read before using the service

Tkbad (https://tkbad.vip) is an international online gaming platform built specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tkbad and its users. These Terms were originally written in Bengali to ensure all Bengali-speaking tkbad users can understand them with ease. In the event of any ambiguity in translation, the original English version shall take precedence.

To use tkbad's services, you must meet the following requirements. These conditions apply equally to all users without exception.

• You must create an account in your own name and for your own use — not on behalf of anyone else.

• You must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions.
• You must not be a tkbad employee or a member of their immediate family.

For age verification purposes, tkbad may request a copy of your national ID or passport. Withdrawals may be put on hold until this verification process is completed.

Registering on tkbad is free and takes just a few minutes. However, you must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Accounts created using false information may be terminated.

• Each individual may only create one account.
• Multiple accounts linked to the same mobile number, device, or IP address are strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• The mobile number and name used during registration cannot be changed afterwards.

Tkbad may initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. This may require a national ID, selfie, or proof of address. Certain services may be restricted until KYC is completed.

All financial transactions on tkbad are processed through local mobile banking services. Compliance with the deposit and withdrawal rules is mandatory.

• Minimum deposit is BDT 100 and minimum withdrawal is BDT 300.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• The mobile banking number used for withdrawals must be registered in your own name.
• A daily maximum withdrawal limit applies — contact support for details.
• Payments may be put on hold for suspicious transactions until verification is completed.

There are no extra charges on deposits. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own service fees — this is outside tkbad's control. The same applies to withdrawals.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately.

Tkbad offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own specific terms that must be followed. Please make sure you are familiar with the rules applicable to each bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and applies to the first deposit.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be used for gameplay.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• If bonus abuse is detected, all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

Tkbad is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools.
• Introducing money laundering or illegal funds into tkbad.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit vulnerabilities in the system.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Using the tkbad name or logo without authorization.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

Users may close their own account at any time, and tkbad also reserves the right to close accounts under certain circumstances.

• To close your account, contact our support team in writing — the process will be completed within 24 hours.
• It is advisable to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion is also available — take a break from gaming for a set period of time.
• Accounts closed due to rule violations may not be eligible for reinstatement.

Accounts inactive for 12 months or more may be subject to a maintenance fee or declared dormant. An email notification will be sent in advance.

Tkbad takes your personal information seriously. Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

• Your information is kept secure with SSL encryption.
• Your personal information is never shared with third parties, except where required by law.
• Payment details are never stored under any circumstances.
• Your gaming data is analyzed to improve our services — it is never sold to third parties.

Tkbad strives to deliver the highest quality of service, but there are limitations of liability in certain situations that you should be aware of.

• Tkbad is not responsible for game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues or device malfunctions.
• In the event of unexpected server downtime, any ongoing games may be cancelled and bets will be refunded.
• If an incorrect amount is credited due to a technical error, tkbad reserves the right to correct the discrepancy.
• In the event of any dispute, tkbad's server records shall be considered the final and definitive evidence.

If you have a complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all issues within 72 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached, an alternative dispute resolution process will be followed.

• Continued use of the service after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
